Insofar as your personal data provides information about your ethnic origin, religion or health, processing will be carried out on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR.

What personal data we process

The personal data we process includes your first and last name, your email address and your sock size, which you provided on the registration form. Photos and videos will also be taken at the event, in which you may be recognisable.

For what purposes we process your personal data

We process your registration data in our CRM system for participant management, to carry out the event, to communicate organisational information and changes or notes regarding participation, and to provide you with your participant gift, the Goldwin Paper Fiber Pile Mid Cut Socks, in the appropriate size. In addition, we analyse participant data for marketing purposes by evaluating the participant structure and the course of the event in order to improve future brand campaigns, measure the success of the measure and tailor the brand's offerings to the interests of the target groups.

We process the photo and video recordings for public relations and marketing purposes, in particular by publishing them on Goldwin's official social media accounts (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and on Goldwin's website. The recordings are used exclusively by Goldwin and service providers commissioned for media and public relations work. The recordings may be accessible worldwide and may be distributed by third parties, over which Goldwin has no influence. The information can be found using search engines and linked to other information, which may allow personal profiles to be created. Information posted on the internet, including photos and videos, can be easily copied and distributed. There are specialised archiving services whose purpose is to permanently document the state of certain websites on specific dates. This can mean that information published on the internet can still be found even after it has been deleted from the original site. When publishing on social media platforms, your personal data may be transferred to third countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), whereby the provisions of Art. 46 ff. GDPR will be observed, in particular through the conclusion of standard contractual clauses.

If you give us your consent and confirm this consent via a confirmation link, we will also use your personal data to inform you by email about future campaigns, events or offers from Goldwin and customer surveys. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email.

Who we share your personal data with

We also pass on your personal data to our partners with whom we have concluded data processing agreements. In the event of transfer to a third country outside the EU or EEA, we also ensure that the provisions of Art. 46 ff. GDPR are complied with, in particular by concluding standard contractual clauses.

Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with future effect by contacting us at info@goldwineurope.com. Revocation does not affect processing and publication that took place before revocation, in particular content already available on the internet, over which we have no influence.
